Go on to your machine and set the following quotas:


1.

/var There is a folder there called /var/documents 
you should set the group "documents" to only be able to 
have 10 files there.  You may want to have the soft limit at 8 and the hard at 
10. Make smauney is in the documents 
group and remember that that directory is SetGID documents




2. 
Set user quotas on /home for smauney to be approx. 1 gig.




3. Be sure to make sure that quotas start at boot.
